Jeff is a hard-working Nebraskan who knows it sometimes takes going to great lengths just to make ends meet. His contract work sometimes isn’t enough to pay the bills, so in the past, it’s been money from donating plasma that let him make the rent or keep the lights on.

Life has been even tougher since Jeff suffers from diabetes, but doesn’t have health insurance. He’s been able to get treatments from Omaha’s OneWorld Health Center, but after witnessing his brother pile up medical bills following a heart attack, he knows just one more health problem could mean a mountain of debt.

Jeff is nearing retirement age, but is still a few years away. Insuring the Good Life for Nebraskans like him would let his limited, but hard-earned money build up financial security and make sure he can get the health coverage that everyone needs.
